Max
Max is a real estate finance advisor focused on proforma modeling, PILOT structuring, development economics, and property management budgeting across the Tri-State region. Through DevForma Partners, he works with developers and operators to produce clear, defensible financial models and tax-incentive analyses that stand up to municipal review, lender underwriting, and investor scrutiny.
His background includes roles at Lean Development and Westminster Properties, where he supported underwriting, capital structuring, operating budgets, and feasibility analysis for multifamily and mixed-use projects. In addition to his in-house development experience, Max has advised several regional firms on project underwriting, PILOT negotiations, and property-level budgeting — helping sponsors align financial projections with real operating performance and move projects forward with confidence.
Mike
Mike is a tri-state real estate professional with experience across large-scale development & capital markets advisory. Mike began his career at American Properties Realty working on NJ residential development before moving to HFF / JLL doing investment sales to gain institutional experience across all asset classes and markets. Mike has worked at Greystar for the last 5 years, the nation’s largest multifamily developer, on their northeast development team focusing on growing their multifamily pipeline.
Over the course of his career, Mike worked throughout the region on sophisticated assignments that demand a deep understanding of how capital, politics & regulation, and economic fundamentals intersect to bring projects to fruition. Mike brings an institutional standard to every project - his background reflects a rare combination of technical depth and “big picture” understanding found only within top-tier real estate institutions.
